What is GehnaLab?

Last updated

GehnaLab is an AI photo studio for Indian jewellers that places a phone photo of a piece in catalogue-ready scenes without repainting the piece. A jeweller uploads one phone photo, picks a Look such as Marketplace White, Festive or Bridal, and gets 3 images in that setting within minutes. The AI paints only the background, light and props; the gold, stones and setting come from the jeweller's own photo.

Who runs GehnaLab

GehnaLab is run by GehnaLab, a sole proprietorship of Shubham Gautam, based in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. It was founded in 2026 by Shubham Gautam, who builds and runs the service. You can reach him at ishubham2101@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 99507 46862 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST).

Who it is for

Jewellery shops, D2C jewellery brands, wholesalers and marketplace sellers in India who need clean listing images every week without a studio day. It is built for gold, kundan, polki, temple, diamond and silver jewellery, and for the channels Indian jewellers sell on: Amazon.in, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Instagram, WhatsApp Business and their own websites.

How the pixel lock works, in plain words

Most AI image tools regenerate the whole picture, which can add or drop a stone, soften filigree or turn 22k gold brassy. GehnaLab does it the other way round:

  1. The piece is cut out of your phone photo, and that cut-out is locked.
  2. The AI paints only the scene around it: the white backdrop, silk, stone, velvet, light and shadow.
  3. Your original pixels are placed back on top. Nothing re-encodes or redraws them afterwards.
  4. Every image is compared with your upload, pixel by pixel in the piece area, plus checks on the edge where piece meets scene.
  5. Only images where the piece is pixel-locked and every check passed get the Piece unchanged mark.

Looks

  • Marketplace White: Pure white, soft contact shadow, centred to marketplace rules.
  • Heritage Ivory: Ivory handloom and low window light, for kundan and temple work.
  • Bridal: Oxblood silk and marigold warmth, for polki and bridal sets.
  • Daily Wear: Sandstone and morning light, for lightweight gold and silver.
  • Festive: Brass glow and soft bokeh, for the season's campaigns.
  • Stone: A honed sandstone or marble plinth in raking daylight, for quiet editorial still life.
  • Velvet: Deep ink or emerald velvet under soft studio light, like your own display tray.

Pricing

  • 5 Looks free when you sign up with your mobile number. No card.
  • Look pack: ₹499 for 10 Looks. Credits do not expire.
  • Jeweller: ₹1,499 for 30 Looks, valid 31 days. It does not renew automatically.
  • White-background cleanup: about ₹12.5 an image, paid from credits.
  • Each Look returns 3 options in one setting. Prices are in rupees and include taxes.

Limitations

  • On-model images are AI looks. The model is an AI-generated person, and the piece often has to be redrawn to sit on a neck, ear or wrist. Those images are labelled AI look and are not verified. Use a Piece unchanged image for anything a customer orders from.
  • A blurred or badly lit photo stays blurred, because the piece is never redrawn or sharpened.
  • Piece unchanged describes the pixels of the piece only. It does not certify metal, purity, stones or weight, or how colours look on other screens.
  • It will not invent a missing part. One earring photographed gives one earring.

Questions about GehnaLab

What is GehnaLab?
GehnaLab is an AI photo studio for Indian jewellers that places a phone photo of a piece in catalogue-ready scenes without repainting the piece.
Who owns GehnaLab?
GehnaLab, a sole proprietorship of Shubham Gautam, in Ajmer, Rajasthan. It was founded in 2026.
Does GehnaLab change my jewellery?
Not on images marked Piece unchanged. The AI paints only the scene, your original pixels go back on top, and each image is compared with your upload. On-model images can redraw the piece, so they are labelled AI look instead.
How much does GehnaLab cost?
5 Looks are free on signup. After that, ₹499 for 10 Looks, or ₹1,499 for 30 Looks valid 31 days. A white-background cleanup costs about ₹12.5 an image.
What happens if an image fails the check?
You are not charged for it. The credits return to your account automatically.
Are my photos used to train AI?
No. Uploads and outputs are not used to train general AI models, and our AI providers may not use them either. Training on your own pieces happens only if you opt in, for your account alone.
Can I use GehnaLab images on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho?
Yes. Marketplace White gives a pure white background with the piece centred and filling most of the frame. Check each marketplace's current rules before a large upload; our white-background guide links to them.
